The ideal candidate has 3+ years of permit/badging experience, strong communication, and excellent organization. Occasional travel within King, Pierce, Thurston, and Snohomish counties is required to support projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive experience coordinating permits and badging.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally within Puget Sound for permit processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permit applications, approvals, and payments.
• Liaise with city permit offices and Hermanson staff.
• Travel within King, Pierce, Thurston, and Snohomish counties for permit processing.
• Coordinate badge applications with HR and track status.
• Maintain permit logs and SharePoint with current data.
