Responsibilities include treating acute conditions, performing urgent care procedures, ordering labs and imaging, and documenting in the Experity EMR.

Qualifications

• Licensed FNP-C or PA-C in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• DOT certification required within 6 weeks of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and episodic conditions.
• Perform urgent care procedures including: laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, wound care, DOT physicals.
• Order, interpret, and review in-house lab tests and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality outcomes.

This position offers a flexible 3-day work week, strong compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to practice independently in a fast-paced urgent care setting with strong clinical support.

Position Details

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and episodic conditions

Practice Environment

Schedule

• Full-time schedule
• Three 12-hour shifts weekly

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly compensation ranging from $55–$70/hour DOE
• Annualized compensation approximately $103,000–$131,000
