Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent accredited degree.
• Current California license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's condition, needs, and goals.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
