Job summary

Domnovate in Bowie, Maryland is seeking a Physical Therapist for a permanent, on-site direct-hire role. The workweek is 40 hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with no weekend rotation and day shifts. You will connect assessment and treatment to each person’s functional goals, delivering patient-centered care.

You will evaluate, implement interventions, reassess progress and document care while collaborating with the rehab team. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Maryland Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility and licensure completed before practice
• Appropriate accredited education and clinical qualifications for physical therapy practice
• Sound clinical reasoning, clear communication and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to assess, plan, deliver and document care within scope and to complete screening and credential requirements

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional needs and mobility limitations and develop individualized treatment goals
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, reassess progress and adapt the plan of care
• Use exercise, gait, balance, strength and functional mobility strategies to connect treatment with daily activities
• Collaborate with the rehab team and document evaluations, interventions and progress accurately
