• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, mobility, safety, and continued progress.
• Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote patient safety and functional independence.
