• Address activities of daily living, functional mobility, strength, coordination, and other areas affecting independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
