Union-Station-Homeless-Services is seeking an Outreach Specialist in Irwindale, CA. The role involves conducting outreach, housing navigation, and linking clients to supportive services to move them into permanent housing.

You will collect documents, provide crisis intervention, and connect clients to resources such as mental health, medical care, and employment. Prior experience in homelessness services is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience working with homeless individuals in outreach/navigation or case management.
• Valid California driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Engage individuals experiencing homelessness to pursue permanent housing options.
• Screen, triage, and refer to supportive services.
• Coordinate with partners and document services in HMIS.
