Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a full-time Permanency Supervisor in Rockwall, Texas. We are looking for full-time Permanency Supervisor to add to our team! All you need is a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited four‑year college or university with 4 years full‑time child placing experience as a worker or above in a private or state agency.

A Day in The Life as a Permanency Supervisor

As a Permanency Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the Permanency staff assigned to the area. Promote the well‑being of children in the Permanency Services Program, participate in staff meetings and trainings and coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. Perform the following duties directly or through subordinates. The position interacts routinely with clients, judges, attorneys, children, school personnel and all other aspects of the community.
