TFI, Inc. is hiring a full-time Permanency Case Manager to support children in foster care and strive for permanency through DFPS Managing Conservatorship. You’ll collaborate with biological parents, arrange services, and participate in home visits and court hearings.

The position requires an accredited Bachelor's Degree and a valid driver’s license, plus a 13-week training program with field work to prepare you for timely, safe family reunifications.

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Support families in foster care to achieve permanency.
