Texas Family Initiative seeks a full-time Permanency Case Manager to work with families and children inDFPS care. You will support reunification efforts where possible and, when needed, help place children in permanent, safe homes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a valid driver’s license, with a 13‑week training program including field and classroom learning. Flexible schedules and nonprofit mission support are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Training program offered with field experience and classroom learning.

Responsabilidades

• Support families in foster care to achieve permanency.
• Collaborate with biological parents to access services for reunification.
• Attend court hearings and home visits; build partnerships with CASA and community stakeholders.
