TFI Family Services in Harper, CA is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support families and children in the permanency system. A bachelor’s degree in human services and at least 2 years of child placement experience are required.

You’ll help families build skills, connect them with community resources, and develop plans for children’s growth, while advocating for better family environments within a mission-driven team.
