Job summary

Raise the Future is seeking a Youth Connections Advocate to find permanent homes for youth in foster care, focusing on those hardest to place. You will review histories, advocate for solutions, and build connections to promote stability and permanency.

You will work with CASA, courts, and human services partners, traveling within the state as needed, with strong emphasis on communication, organization, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field.
• Master's Degree in Social Work preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Find permanent homes for youth, especially the hardest to place, within the foster care system.
• Review youth history and needs, advocate for solutions, and leverage connections to achieve stability.
• Build and maintain a network of supportive relationships for youth toward legal permanency.
