Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Eligibility to work in Pennsylvania and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete Statewide Adoption Network Units of Service as specified (Child Preparation, Family Profile, Child Profile, Finalization, CSR, Post Permanency).
• Coordinate IP(S)P meetings and supervise required reports and documentation.
• Support families through finalization of subsidies and obtain necessary legal documents with counties.
• Engage in CSR planning, recruitment activities, and matching processes for permanency resources.
• Provide ongoing post permanency services and case management coordination with agencies.
