Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking an Adult Outpatient Therapist to conduct intake evaluations, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This role requires a Master’s degree and Michigan licensure, with QMHP credentialing within 120 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is required.
• Active Michigan state licensure: LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness; internship or fieldwork counts.
• Must obtain the QMHP credential within 120 days of hire.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and establish therapeutic relationships.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group therapy using person-centered treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, families, and other support professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and complete documentation promptly.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow professional ethical standards.
• Complete required training in adult mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.

ADULT OUTPATIENT THERAPIST.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-7:00 PM.
• Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.
• Flexible scheduling available; some evening and weekend hours may be required.
