Join 3B Healthcare Inc. as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health - Mental Health in Grand Rapids, MI.

Position Details:

• Start Date: 6/9/2025
• Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
• Rate: $28.90 - $41.00 per hour
• Shifts: Varied including days, evenings, nights, and 12-hour shifts

Shift Differentials:

• 7am-3pm: Saturday & Sunday +$1.25/hr
• 3pm-11pm: Monday-Thursday +$2.00/hr
• 3pm-11pm: Friday-Sunday +$3.00/hr
• 11pm-7am: Monday-Thursday +$4.00/hr
• 11pm-7am: Friday-Sunday +$5.00/hr

Available Shifts:

• Youth populations: FT Nights (32 & 36 hrs), FT Evening (32 hrs)
• High Acuity Adults: FT Day (36 hrs), FT Evening (32 hrs), FT Night (36 hrs)
• Older Adults: FT Evening (32 hrs), FT Night (32 hrs)

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs, develop and reassess care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide and coordinate nursing care, assist with patient and family education, and milieu management.
• Document all care activities accurately and report any risks or concerns to physicians.
• Create a safe environment and promote a compassionate, recovery-focused approach.
• Lead and coordinate staff, review care protocols, and ensure resource efficiency.
• Support and model the organization's mission and values, including spiritual and emotional support.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Michigan; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Psychiatric nursing experience or education is advantageous; new grads with relevant experience are considered.
• Ability to provide culturally inclusive care, demonstrate emotional stamina, and work in diverse environments.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license may be required.
