Responsibilities

Provide direct respiratory therapy to patients per physician orders and protocols.

Assess patient needs, document findings, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Monitor patient responses and outcomes, and elevate outliers promptly.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and workflow.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets through proactive patient rounds and referrals.

Document clinical activities accurately in electronic health records.

Ensure accurate billing and coding for respiratory services in alignment with regulations.

Maintain equipment, perform safety checks, and coordinate with biomed for repairs.

Educate patients and families on therapies, devices, and self-management.

Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency.

Participate in professional development opportunities and apply learnings to practice.

Experience / Qualifications

Active Respiratory Therapist license or equivalent credentials.

Proficient in administering protocol‑driven respiratory therapies per physician orders.

Experience evaluating patient needs and documenting findings in EHR with accuracy.
