Salary range: $41-45 per hour. 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. 1 shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). Primary classification: P‑PT. Position located in Woodmont area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality physical therapy assessments and treatment plans.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy programs aligned with patient goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate patient records per policy.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust plans to optimize recovery timelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with therapy best practices.
• Demonstrate measurable results through weekly reports and KPI tracking.
• Participate in pipeline planning to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Provide patient and family education to support at‑home care.

Experience & Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with valid state license.
