Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver high-quality therapy with a patient-centered approach. You will assess progress and adapt interventions to support better outcomes.

You will collaborate with peers, make referrals as needed, and educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity, adapting programs to each individual’s needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible OT experience.
• Qualifying Occupational Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be equivalent to a U.S. degree in Occupational Therapy.
