Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patients, create personalized recovery plans, and provide therapy services that promote independence. You will tailor programs to each patient and collaborate with a care team to support comprehensive treatment.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, education for patients and caregivers, and referrals as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Strong licensure and OT credentials are required for independent practice.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible OT experience.
• Qualifying Occupational Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be equivalent to a U.S. degree in Occupational Therapy.
