Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapist for in-facility settings in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. In this role, you will assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans while collaborating with a dedicated team. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy and a valid occupational therapy license in Wisconsin.

The position offers a competitive salary of $40.00 – $45.00 per hour along with benefits such as medical and dental plans, generous paid time off, and support for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Rehab.
• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed.
• Work adaptively with diverse patient needs and settings.
