Job summary

MedCadre in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Permanent Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT and help patients improve independence in daily living activities.

You will implement treatment plans, promote safety, educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, and document outcomes, contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered rehab team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA certification and applicable state licensure/registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Prior clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and patient care.
