Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a Permanent Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver quality OT services under supervision and help patients regain independence in daily activities.

You will implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers while maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA certification and applicable state licensure/registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Prior clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and patient-care skills.
