Job summary

MedCadre seeks a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy under supervision to improve functional independence and daily living skills in Spencer, West Virginia.

The successful candidate will implement OT plans, educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, and maintain documentation in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA certification and applicable state licensure/registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
