Coastal Pacific Food Distributors, Inc. in Puyallup, WA is seeking a General Warehouse Operator to handle order fulfillment, receiving, inventory management and equipment operation. The role works in ambient, chill, and freezer settings, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of warehouse experience, proficiency with Reach Lifts/Forklifts/Electric Pallet Jacks, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating Reach Lifts, Forklifts, and Electric Pallet Jacks.
• Forklift certification is a plus (in-house training provided).

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receiving & material handling: Unload, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory; load outgoing shipments.
• Equipment operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including Reach Lifts, Forklifts, and Electric Pallet Jacks.
• Inventory & documentation: Conduct routine inventory counts, report discrepancies, complete scanning, and manage basic record-keeping.
• Safety & maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following company policies and safety guidelines.
• Team support: Collaborate with team members and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
