Job summary

Food Lion in Hanover, MD is seeking a team member for the Perishable Department within Retail Operations. You will provide quality customer service, maintain standards, and maximize sales while minimizing shrink through proper practices.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, and displaying perishable items (meat, dairy, frozen, etc.), receiving deliveries, and ensuring food safety guidelines are followed. Light lifting and computer-based training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and Food Safety guidelines.
