Food Lion in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Perishable Department associate focused on delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining product standards. You will handle meat, dairy, and prepared foods, receive and rotate deliveries, and ensure accurate stocking and display according to policy.

The role requires adherence to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Receive deliveries, code, rotate and store items accordingly.

• Maintain product levels in Perishable Department (meat, lunchmeat, dairy, ice cream).
• Wrap, label, weigh and stock meat as requested.
• Clean and sanitize the department; follow safety guidelines.
• Follow advertising and promotional materials per department.
