Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the timely receipt, stocking, order filling, or shipment of merchandise in our distribution operations. You may supervise staff and ensure safety and accuracy in day-to-day activities.

Candidates should have experience with WMS, Kronos, and payroll systems; strong attention to detail; and the ability to communicate effectively. This role supports inbound/outbound workflows in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated distribution centers preferred.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, stocking, order filling, or shipment of merchandise.
• Review staffing levels and plan with Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Maintain employee records and support safety programs.
• Interviews and selects candidates with HR partnership.
• Plan daily production goals and monitor quality metrics.
