Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication, including interviewing.
• Computer skills: warehouse management systems, Word, Excel, and payroll/personnel systems such as KRONOS.

Responsibilities

• Reviews WMS reports; notifies WMS personnel regarding shutdowns or other WMS failures.
• Utilizes SOPs to resolve problems and communicates issues to the Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Reviews staffing levels and plans with the Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Conducts staffing reviews weekly and monthly with the Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Plans daily production goals.
• Supports safety programs to reduce injuries.
• Interviews and selects candidates for employment in partnership with Human Resources.
