Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping operations.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in a warehouse setting.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze shipping and warehouse challenges; recommend improvements.
• Maintain records including personnel metrics and shipped volume.
• Observe, collect, and analyze operational information to drive decisions.
• Inspect equipment, facilities, and materials to detect issues.
• Set performance expectations and coach team members to meet them.
• Ensure safety, quality, and attendance policies are followed across shifts.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Manage outside contractors and coordinate with other plant departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through spot checks and scheduled inventories.
