Job summary

This role supports ongoing quality control duties and interacts with multiple teams to maintain product standards. Responsibilities include daily inspection of inbound and outbound products, communicating quality status to stakeholders, and contributing to problem solving to ensure customers receive

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs.
• Check produce in slots daily to ensure shipping-grade quality.
• Communicate status on product quality with necessary parties and buyers.
• Report quality issues to Inventory Control or Compliance Managers and assist resolution.
