• Communicate quality issues to buyers and resolve them to ensure top quality.
• Rotate products properly and report rotation issues to staff.
• Monitor spoilage and damage variance reports.
• Greet customers and teammates, maintain customer service.
• Inspect inbound/outbound freight and document condition.
• Correspond with parties on product quality status.
• Identify and propose solutions for quality assurance problems.
