99 Ranch Market - Folsom CA Store is seeking a Produce (Perishable) Clerk to support daily grocery operations in the fresh department. No experience is required, and adaptable team players who value food quality and presentation are encouraged to apply.

You will help unload deliveries, cut and trim products, maintain cleanliness, and assist with rotation and dating logs. The role requires weekend and early shifts, with bilingual abilities in Chinese or Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience is required.
• Be flexible with assigned working schedules.
• Have a Food Handlers Card or willing to obtain one.
• Must be self-motivated, creative, and passionate about food.
• Strong time management, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
• Able to adapt to a cross-cultural environment.
• Able to work weekends and early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload and break down deliveries. Rotate stocks for freshness.
• Cut and trim products into saleable sizes and for better presentation.
• Handle spoiled products properly. Keep accurate logs as per policies and health standards.
• Clean the walk-in cooler, sanitize tools and counters, and maintain work areas.
• Complete production, quality control, and related distribution tasks.
• Keep aisles clean and free of boxes/debris to prevent injuries.
• Perform other duties as needed for business needs.
