Food Lion is hiring for a Perishable Department Associate to provide quality customer service and maintain department standards. You will manage deliveries, stock, and product levels across meat, dairy, and frozen sections while following safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Perishable Department.
• Maintain standards as per the standard practice manual to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Receive deliveries, code where applicable, rotate and stock merchandise.
• Maintain proper product levels in the Perishable Department (meat, lunchmeat, frozen, dairy, ice cream).
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
