Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Selector to accurately pick products and build pallets for our perishable distribution centers. The role involves working in refrigerated environments, lifting up to 100 lbs, and operating forklifts and reach trucks after training.

Pay starts at $21.00/hr with additional productivity-based pay. Four-day work weeks and flexible shifts are available, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse setting and operating material handling equipment.
• Consistent attendance and reliable schedule.
• Four-day work week with start times around 8 AM.
• Ability to work in cold storage environments (-20°F).
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select and palletize products accurately to meet customer specifications.
• Verify product against pick tickets and labels; complete paperwork.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy targets; ensure pallets are wrapped for safe transport.
• Operate material handling equipment after training; follow safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and report inventory discrepancies to supervisor.
