Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Store Associate for the Perishable Department in the USA-NC-Lillington area. You will provide quality customer service, rotate stock, and help maintain department standards.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, stocking meat and dairy, and ensuring proper display. You will follow safety guidelines and company policies while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and be physically able to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, accurate service.
• Assist other associates in a courteous, helpful manner.
• Understand and use store tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Receive deliveries, code where applicable, rotate and store merchandise.
• Maintain product levels in Perishable Department including meat, dairy, frozen items.
