Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with maintaining financial integrity through cash accountability and security.
• Maintain perishable stock levels using ads/planners and order guides.
• Train associates on proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe food handling.
• Record inventory levels and perishable markdowns; analyze causes and actions.
• Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and sanitation standards met.
• Assist with other store operations as directed.
