Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a motivated team member for the Perishable Department to deliver quality customer service and ensure accurate stocking and display of items. You will interact with customers, support colleagues, and uphold standards that keep the department organized and compliant.

Responsibilities include assisting with receiving, labeling, rotating stock, and maintaining product levels while following Food Lion safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet physical requirements of the position

Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Assist with stocking, rotation, and stocking in the Perishable Department.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines.
• Use store tools and systems as required.
• Complete CBT and training courses as provided by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned
