Food Lion in Hillsborough, NC seeks a friendly Perishable Department associate. You will provide quality customer service, maintain product levels in meat, dairy, and other perishables, and support daily store operations with accuracy and efficiency.

You'll learn inventory tools like ACIS/CAIS CAO, adhere to safety guidelines, and help reduce shrink while maintaining a neat, inviting department environment for customers and fellow teammates.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Receive deliveries, code where applicable, rotate and store merchandise.
• Maintain product levels in the Perishable Department including meat, dairy, and frozen items.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and Food Safety requirements.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
