Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Associate to support the clinical and surgical staff in Manhasset–Long Island. You will manage requisitions, decant and distribute deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and resolve out-of-stock issues to ensure patient procedures proceed smoothly.

The role requires a High School Diploma with 1-2 years in inventory management; preferred Bachelor’s degree and CMRP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of Inventory Management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; CMRP certification; knowledge of surgical equipment and inventory controls; experience with PeopleSoft (9 preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain, control & restock supplies/implants for assigned areas, including requisitions and distribution.
• Create and track requisitions, decanting & distribution of all incoming items to appropriate areas; monitor out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor Pyxis orders, verify receipts, and coordinate with purchase & warehouse staff to resolve non-receipt issues.
• Process repairs/replacements and return to vendor; forward to CSPD for inventory updates.
• Complete monthly expiration audits and replenish available supply.
• Assist with periop budget accuracy by charging correct accounts and cost centers.
• Communicate professionally by phone and email; uphold integrity and reliability.
• Adhere to established procedures and performance requirements.
