• Maintain accurate preference cards and collaborate with Surgeons to provide cost-effective care.
• Collaborate with Surgery Leadership to resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
• Ensure intra-operative regulatory compliance with agencies.
• Advise perioperative team using evidence-based knowledge.
• Lead OR turnover time targets with scheduling/management.
• Mentor and develop staff; participate in process improvement projects.
• Review cases for PPT codes and ensure trays/equipment/supplies are available.
