Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, a 336-bed facility within the VHS network. This role oversees 24-hour unit operations and ensures nursing care meets established standards for a diverse patient population.

Qualified candidates hold a Nevada RN license, a BSN, and have at least two years of clinical experience plus one to two years of progressive management experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Nevada.
• BSN from an accredited program.
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience and one (1) to two (2) years progressive management experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the 24 hour management of the assigned unit assuring patient care meets the standard of care.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the unit.
