Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center is a 336-bed facility in Northwest Las Vegas, part of the Valley Health System, a UHS subsidiary. The Nurse Manager will oversee the assigned unit 24 hours, ensuring care quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain high standards.

Qualifications include a BSN, Nevada RN license, 2+ years clinical experience and 1–2 years progressive management experience; BCLS certification is required.
