Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Perioperative Manager to lead daily operations for the OR and SPD at Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, CA. The role emphasizes patient safety, staffing optimization, and adherence to regulatory standards.

You will work across OR and SPD services, ensure efficient workflows, and drive performance improvements in a large hospital system with SWHS alignment, while upholding core values and mission.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN License.
• Bachelor Degree, Masters preferred.
• CNOR preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing leadership experience in perioperative care in an acute care setting.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience inperioperative care service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the operating room and SPD.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient workflow.
• Uphold hospital policies and industry standards.
• Support performance improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and service quality.
