Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted CA RN license.
• At least two years knowledge and progressive leadership experience within perioperative services, surgical services, operating room management, or related clinical settings.
• ACLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated success leading quality improvement, patient safety, operational excellence, and financial performance initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and healthcare compliance.
• Preferred BSN and CNOR credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 leadership and oversight for all perioperative services operations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with quality and safety goals.
• Maintain compliant patient care delivery systems and drive performance excellence.
• Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives in surgical services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
