Job summary

Qualifications

Commitment to patient-centered care and high-quality perioperative service.
Experience budgeting and resource optimization in hospital settings.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
Background in staff training and professional development.
RN license with BSN; MSN or related degree preferred.
Deep knowledge of OR workflows and perioperative best practices.
Strong communication and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Oversee all perioperative areas including ORs, pre/post-op services.
Lead clinical and operational teams to ensure safety and quality.
Optimize scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
Mentor staff and drive performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, and admin to grow surgical services.
