Job summary

USA Health is seeking a qualified OR nurse to lead perioperative operations and ensure efficient, safe patient care across the Gulf Coast region.

The role requires Alabama RN licensure, perioperative experience, and compliance with infection control standards. BCLS is mandatory; ACLS and CNOR are preferred. This full-time position offers on-site work in Mobile and opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing meeting the minimum standards set by the State of Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership across personnel management, financial management (supply chain), performance management and process improvement for perioperative service lines.
• Support daily operations of the OR through team assignments and ensuring rooms are set up for first case on time.
• Assist with future operations by collaborating with clinic staff, scheduling centers, providers and vendors.
