Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Clinical Manager to provide leadership and oversight for perioperative patient care services. The role ensures safe, efficient, high-quality care while supporting quality outcomes, patient experience, staff engagement, and financial stewardship.

You will develop and coach team members, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and care delivery

Competenze

Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care, or Nursing within three years of employment required.
3 years Nursing experience required.
1 year Leadership/management experience required.

Mansioni

Provides leadership and oversight for daily operations of assigned units, ensuring efficient patient flow, appropriate staffing, and timely delivery of safe, high quality care.
Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and professional practice standards, including DNV and state requirements.
Oversees quality, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives, utilizing data to monitor outcomes, patient experience, and operational effectiveness.
Collaborates with physicians, anesthesia providers, nursing leadership, and ancillary departments to optimize workflows, scheduling, and care coordination.
Leads change initiatives, including process improvement, technology implementation, and adoption of evidence based best practices.
Maintains responsibility for department’s operational excellence; ensures department delivers quality services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Manages team members, orientation, development and evaluation, participates in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting staff, and provides coaching to staff.
Maintains responsibility for fiscal management of department and assures proper utilization of financial resources.
Effectively communicates departmental, organization, and industry information to staff.
Assist in other duties as assigned to support operational needs; may be required to remain on campus before, during, and after severe weather or disasters.
