• Schedules all elective surgical procedures and enters data in the computer system
• Ensures surgeon's preferences and patient needs match available OR resources
• Acts as frontline point of contact for physicians' offices and exhibits customer service skills
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality of patient data
• Generates standard reports and supports communication with physicians' offices
• Monitors schedules for accuracy and efficiency and communicates any modifications
• Collaborates with Perioperative Business Manager and Information Systems Manager as needed
• Participates in quality and service improvement initiatives
