Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Perioperative Scheduler to coordinate scheduling of surgeries under the Operations Manager. You will act as a liaison between patients, department staff, and OR teams, ensuring accurate timing, pre-op requirements, and insurance coordination.
Responsibilities include scheduling, rescheduling, and communicating with candidates, updating EMR, and maintaining open lines with OR staff.

Pay Range: $18.87 - $29.73 per hour

Under direction of the Operations Manager, performs a number of support services to coordinate scheduling patients for surgery. The Perioperative Scheduler acts as liaison between patient, department staff and RUMC OR staff teams.
