The Dartmouth Health Perioperative 101 Program at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center offers a 9-month training path for nurses, combining AORN-approved online didactics with lab and clinical experiences in the Operating Room. This full-time, benefited position begins March 2027 at the Main Campus.

Participants will be mentored in the circulating role, rotate through surgical specialties, and, upon completion, commit to two years in the OR. A retention bonus is paid after the training period.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• New Hampshire RN eligibility required, BLS certification upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Complete 9-month Perioperative 101 program with didactic learning, labs and OR experiences.
• Mentor in circulating role after orientation and rotate through surgical specialties.
• Commit to working full-time in the operating room for two years after program completion.
